Hi
Whilst dog walking today I picked up this fitting from the crashed WW2 Spitfire P8725. It was in the undergrowth on the surface and is in great condition and part marked. I can see from the Part number 30047 that it is from somewhere on the oil system.
It is a hydrolic elbow of some sort and looks to have been rivotted to the plane.
Any information would be great .
Kind regards Danny Jones.
