Hello
I own a helicopter pilot seat, which is probably rare. It still has the USAF nameplate on it.
Is it possible to find out which helicopter/identification it was mounted in? In which squadron.....the entire history of the helicopter in which this exact seat was located.
That would be great.

The only way you would know which aircraft it came from, would be if it was stenciled with an a/c number, had a serviceable or unserviceable tag, or you had the original factory installation records. I've got a B-47 seat in my collection of stuff, and know what a/c it originally came from, as the a/c s/n is stenciled on the back of it.
