All I am saying is something doesn't look right.
At first glance, I can see why you say that. But I believe that the picture was taken with an extremely fast shutter speed. Look at the props. That would explain why the water turbulence around the fuselage seems odd. But I believe the picture is authentic. There is another picture of the same aircraft in the same setting on a Brazilian river that is obviously not photoshopped.


The river is extremely calm, the sun is either just rising or setting and is almost directly behind the photographer. There is some turbulence by the fuselage, looks like the plane is just starting to move.
 
Yes and on that one the landing gear is partially extended, either to produce drag and slow the aircraft or in preparation for, or after, beaching.
