Thought I'd just pop this one in as it was completed today. I've been working on it for just on a week. It's a Trumpeter kit, very basic and out of the box except for a set of additional decals from Authentic Decals.

Also while doing this I decided to try out Andy's (Crimea_River) method of navigation lighting on both wing tips. Bit of clear sprue, drill a small hole for a dab of the right colour paint, fit to notch in the wing and file back to shape. Being 1/144 scale it was a bit of a challenge but............well you can see the results.

My thanks to you Andy I think you have hit a winner method here and with a bit of perfecting on my part..........

As for the visibility lights on upper and lower fuselage, these are small LED lights cut down to size.

Thanks guys for the kind words and to put this machine size in prospective, here it is next to a Humbrol paint tin.

And just to show it isn't all that big in this 1/144 scale, here is the Boeing 747-400 I recently finished.
