Information on my uncle's plane in USAAF 67th TRG in 1944

Ordered the plane models and also 2 standing pilot figures.

What approximates should I use for the uniforms (especially the jacket - haven't seen one with dark fur before)? Khaki or OD pants? Brown shoes?
