Those aren't American soldiers.

The video quality isn't the best, so I was having a little difficulty in identifying their uniforms to determine nationality - however, they are speaking with a British accent.

in other pages, they are Identified as following nations: Canadian, Scottish, Irish, Russian, Israillian, Romanian, United Arab Emirates and ... almost all other Countries!!! !!!

Canadians have an accent that's similar to Americans.
Scottish and Irish have a VERY distinctive accent, that's like a British accent but sometimes hard to understand, even for an American.
Israelis have an accent that sounds close to Arabic.
Russians have a distinct accent that would be close a Romanian accent.

The only other people that speak with a clear British accent like heard in the video, are people from India that have had formal education.

if a voice / video is not in Persian, its in foreign language!!!
this foreign language could be anything expect Persian.

Lack of education in everything!!!
still in geography books, you can find "Yugoslavia" and "Czechoslovakia" words!
no country has history / culture / art and ...
this is really disappointing!!!
newest one which ive encountered was about a week ago , about Poland`s history!!!
in very short, one person was saying there was Poland and Polish nation, before 1918 !
all my week wasted to explain him where is Poland and something about Polish history during ww1 !!!
