Ivchenko IA-26 vs. Shvetsov ASh-21

Are these the same engine? They are from the same time frame and have identical (supposedly) bore and stroke. 155.5mm x 155mm 7cylinders mid-1940s onwards.

Not the same engine, but they ASh-21 based on the same engine (ASh-82) that heavily influenced The AI-26. Apparently they both shared enough commonality that some of the jigs could be used for both.
