Ki-43 1a Cockpit need help

I'm trying to make a new instrument panel for the Ki-43 1a in IL2. Does anyone have a good head on shot of the control panel and side panels for the cockpit ? I've redone everything except the cockpit, I checked the web but most of the shots I find are either cut off or on too much of an angle. All help is greatly appreciated. 8)

Does anyone have any pictures of a Japanese reflector sight as used in a late model Ki-43 ?

Here it is.

It was Army Type 100 gunsight.
It is said a perfect copy of Oigee gunsight except the cushion pad.
