Hello.

I'm trying to find out if the "Dinghy release- pull" stencil as seen in this photo of Lancaster X KB700 was standard on all Lancasters?

That's the First Aid kit release, and yes, standard fit.
Dinghy release was in two internal locations in the mid fuselage and near the radio operator, as well as at the dinghy hatch on the starboard wing.
 
To my certain knowlege, the dinghy release pull is situated on the starboard rear fuselage as arrowed in the shot. Not seen the lower first aid pull before, presumably a late Lanc. (?)
 
Thanks guys. Yes this is KB700, the first Lancaster Mk X built in Canada.
