Last Rifleman and the Great Escaper

We just watched the Last Rifleman on Amazon Prime.

The Great Escaper will finally be available in the US on Masterpiece Theater at the end of November.

Both good films with great leading actors, as I understand it The Great Escaper is reportedly the more accurate of the two but I liked The last Rifleman just a bit more.

The older movie with Steve McQueen was "The Great Escape" the new movie with Michael Caine is "The Great Escaper"
