View Parkside Apartments Apartments For Rent in Colorado Springs, Colorado - ForRent.com

If you're single or if its you and a partner, the downtown area has some real neat apartments close to the entertainment district. I don't go around Carson too much but I'm told there are some nice places close to the base. The Springs is a nice town that's seen a lot of growth in the past few years. Crime has bumped up a bit but it's still a pretty nice place.

Are you going to have to move quickly or are you going to have time to look around for an apartment?

Hey no problem - shoot me a PM if you need any other help. Like I said for the most part this place is pretty nice, there are only a few places that are seedy. I was just told the best places are on the north side of town.

i was stationed there once before in 98 but dont remember much about it, exept gambling in cripple creek
Yea, that's more of a tourist area now. The city has really grown since 98. The only bad points is some of the infrastructure is taking it's time to catch up to the growth. Traffic is a bit of a problem, the major freeway is just being finished up so that will help a bit.

hopefully i will be in colorado in late march or early april, i would like to be able to find a nice house to rent because i have a large airplane part i would like to keep. so i'll need a yard.

just half a phantom minus the wings but i'm working on getting the other pieces, going to make it into a play area for my daughter and new baby on the way

yeah i just want to get the front office and the wings +canopies fron the guy and i'll have the whole thing...not bad for 25 bucks though

Pretty Wild! And a hell of a play toy! I'd paint it up like Steve Ritchie's F-4 with 5 kills on it!

Do you have any pics? I'd love to see that in my front yard man if i could fire that baby up never have to worry about the neighbors again:D That is definitly not your average flamingo:lol:

i'll have to get a digital camera and take some pics, yeah i'd love to paint it but not if i dont get the rest of it, the guy i got it from has a bunch of other aircraft "junk" i'm going to go through and see what i can salvage.

hope to get a camera today and take some pics, also going to try to get some of the other pieces of the aircraft today. the guy that has them also has other misc. aircraft skeletons laying around, might go picking around
