These were taken a year ago or about 2 months before the Do-335 was put on display. Trying to get clean shots of so many aircraft crammed close together is a daunting task! If I can find them, I will post the photo's my son made inside the Silver Hill facility of the Horten 229. If interested, will post some of the Japanese birds.

Ambient light was generally fine for visual appreciation but not great for photography, and in some instances I used flash. Some photo's were lost because the large expanses of polished aluminum, especially on Enola Gay, would foil the camera's meter. All were taken with a Nikon D100 and 40-120 autofocus zoom.

The pictures are not showing now.

I went to the musuem February last year. I really wish the Do-335 had been on display when I went there. I wish they would hurry up and get the damn 229 on display.

Taking aircraft pictures inside is always a challenge because of the way they get crammed in and the vast expanses noting above that somtimes swallows up the flash.
