Having a problem opening the Part2 of Macchi 200 Handbuch - File broken -Winterhawk

That would be a second part of a single file, so you should just extract the 1st part, and the packer program will automatically attach the 2nd part, so you'll end up with a complete document. Make sure that both parts are in the same folder, it's easier that way.
