Doesn't it just drive you nutttts trying to find a simple photograph on the net!!!!?

Days trying to find a detail of the SBD wing fold...... on and on and on, nuttin.
So I change to "T"BD.......... what's so bloody different about That???? I ask!
Only the fact the first thing that pops up is a close up of a WING FOLD!!!!!!!!!

Nooo, the TBD was the Devastator:

Douglas TBD Devastator - Wikipedia

Same manufacturer, but different design. The Devastator was a torpedo bomber, the SBD, well, you know what a Dauntless is.
