Wow - Look at the amount of boost the rudder tab provides.

(Last night I was working on a 737-900 elevator balance panel problem with both elevators. The Guppy (737) uses internal balance panels (Mustang aileron style) and boost tabs which don't deflect like this guy on the Swallow's rudder - lol.)

I think it's Avia S-92/ Messerschmitt Me 262 A-1a Schwalbe, built in 1947, serial number 4 and it's still on display at Air Museum Kbely in Prague:
