The information on the part is generic and not specific to a particular aircraft. The best chance of identifying the aircraft is from a known number (werknummer, stammkennzeichen) which may have been on certain parts. Other than that knowing reasonably exactly when and where the aircraft was lost might lead to an identification.
A part separated from it's context (in this case the crash site) is virtually impossible to trace to a specific aircraft and has lost much of its archeological/historical value. It's just a nice bit from a historic aircraft.

Agree with Steve. That part is not an oil cooler but rather the oil reservoir. It was located at the front of the engine just behind the spinner back plate
