I wanted to build a Bf-110 active in North Africa so I just had to do one with the challenging RLM-70 "Squiggles". I laid down liquid latex over the overall RLM-70 base-coat; shot the RLM-79 over it then simply peeled off the latex to reveal the squiggles. My attempts to actually shoot the RLM-70 squiggles on resulted in too much overspray no matter what I did in thinning the paint and lowering the airbrush pressure. I've since bought a Paasche Raptor which I hope will reward me with fine line capabilities...We shall see?
