That the Jumo210 was installed during first jet powered take off is a myth. The first take off in primary sources (Flugbericht Nr. 692/12 dated march, 30th, 1942) does not mention the Jumo210, despite test protocols been serious about explicit mentioning of all engine parameters. Further, no compressor stall is mentioned for the BMW P3302v2 and -v10 engines, This flight appears to have been carried out solely on jet power.
