Micro Sol/ Micro Set vs Tamiya Markfit

Hi guys!

I was wondering, which product works better? I've always used Markfit by Tamiya-it seems to be pretty good. How does it compare to Microsol and Microset?

Haven't used the Tamiya product, but I've used the Micro ones for over 30 years, and find them excellent. I tend to use just the 'Sol' these days, for both applications, and it works fine. I have the feeling they are more or less the same product anyway, perhaps one slightly 'weaker' than the other.

Thanks! I suspected as much...the Tamiya one works very nicely, I was just curious how it compares to the microscale equivalent. since i can't source the latter locally, I'm pretty much comitted to tamiya as it stands anyway!

I'm with Terry 100% on that, except for the 30yrs. Benn using the -sol for a bit over a year and it is fantastic on decals
