Definatly agreed.... I grew up on an Island, and in the water surrounding said island.... We had fresh seafood it seemed like every day... We would boil fresh crabs in beer every weekend, in season of course...
whooow Nelly, lets not go as far as saying its the best,its great, excellent,fingerlicking good but not the best, because if you just pick out the peices of Mad Cow, Alberta Beef is to die for.
Nope Seafood is the food of the gods. Nothing wrong with a good steak and best beef is from Argentina and Australia not Canada....Hussars.
Seafood is a fine fine great tasting food. I can not get eneogh of it. I think I could go for some oysters, crabs, squid, flownder, and some muscles right now. Oh and dont foget the Maine Lobster.
My wife's cousin is a cardiologist and he said that if people switched the beef for fish, heart disease would greatly decrease. While I love a good steak, if given a choice between beef or fish, I would take the fish.

When asked "how would you like your steak sir"?, my normal reply is
"Pull off the horns , wipe It's arse and put it on a plate".
I do enjoy a good ribeye now and then. Medium or medium rare. The best steakhouse in town is an Aussie place called Boomerangs. The steaks there are huge, and damn are they good! Wash it down with a pint of Propeller Ale or the house brew, Aussie Red. Mmmmmm.
