MK 103 drawings

I am looking for detail/scale drawings of the MK 103 3cm cannon used by the HS-129B and the ME-410A/B. I need the drawings for a project I am working on and any help would be very much appreciated.I am hoping someone can provide me with a good scan of scale plans/drawings they might have.
