Loire Nieuport 411, designed before Stuka
Bzzzzzzzt!

Sorry, it had rearward retracting gear with oversized fairings. The fairings served as the dive brakes, with the aircraft lowering its landing gear before commencing its dive.

Yes the form factor was first demonstrated in 1932 with the fixed gear Loire Nieuport LN.140 which developed into the LN401-411 series. The Stuka first flight was after the LN.140. Stuka came second.
