Well, it's a Mosquito FBVI.
Seriously though, I'll have a look in my various references when I'm feeling better. I have a feeling I might have another pic or two.

Mosquito HP913, SM-W of the 305th Bomber Squadron of the PAF, Lasham, England 1944. A crew was F/O A. Gertner and F/O W. Andruszko most often. The Mosquito was lost at night on the Novemeber 25/26th 1944 after being cannonaded over the Ruhr and failure of the wiring. Being unable to navigate without a map , the crew - P/O Tomasz Wilczewski and F/Sgt Zygmunt Haas went South. They kept flying till the fuel was run out and then bailed out over the Champagne.
