Also played with Johnny Winter back in the early 70's, check out the album Live/Johnny Winter And.I just learned Rick Derringer recently passed, I am told I met him once when one of my older sisters was hooking up with someone in the Band, but I was about 5 years old at the time.
I really did not appreciate his talent until I heard his playing on Weird Al's "Eat it" it sounded so just like Eddie Van Halen's rifts on the original Beat it.

Myron Grombacher - drummer for Pat Benatar on her 2nd - 10th albums (1980-1993).There's something about those New York drummers from the late 70s that's really cool. Clem had it in spades.
Myron didn't play on "Heartbreaker"?Myron Grombacher - drummer for Pat Benatar on her 2nd - 10th albums (1980-1993).

No, you're not wrong, it's just not in your style...Nothing wrong with that. I despise a couple of genres of music and my wife will testify that I will almost destroy the radio in the car trying to turn it off or switch stations when one of "those" comes on.Not my style. But because of millions of record sells and fans i am wrong.
Good surfin' Brian
He's not the last Beach Boy original, his cousin was an original, Mike Love. Mike still tours with the group. He is however the last Wilson brother to pass. They were definitely great harmonizers.
