NASA Report on the Columbia Failure

I found this yesterday. Some parts are highly technical, but NASA did use some good graphics to explain the sequence of events and time lines for the breakup of the orbiter and the deaths of the astronauts.

Pieces of it have been in the local papers. I just downloaded your PDF,
maybe it will have the complete picture. Interesting that a piece of foam
brought the shuttle down.
