Need info on B-26; crashed in Arbatax Harbor 23 Apr 1943

One of the Italians I work with would like any information on a B-26 that crashed near his hometown on 23 April 1943. He thinks the plane may have departed from Tunisia, but he's not sure. Is there someplace where I can find more information, such as the crew, survivors, and/or cause of the crash? I appreciate any and all help!
