New install for IL 2 Sturmovik

Both guides are somewhat outdated, the last version is 4.15. Still, earlier versions are in use. There are online servers for 4.09, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14.

Just updated the patching guide to include everything up to the current 4.15.1 patch a couple of weeks ago.
