Oktoberfest in Munich

I'm living in Munich for six or seven years now, but I've been to the Oktoberfest only once. As Adler meant, you gotta be there once, but not every year. It's too crowded for me too. But maybe this year...

And there's still the "Fruehlingsfest" - literally spring fete - just like a small Oktoberfest. Less crowded, less foreigners (no offence meant), more Bavarians. And no Paris Hilton!

Paris Hilton? Paris Hilton went to Oktoberfest? When Hollywood shows up, you know the thing has gotten commercialized. Oh well, like everyone says, gotta go at least once.

I agree the Fruehlingsfest is better.

I allways enjoyed going to the one in Stuttgart every year.
