This indicator was found in a garage in France. It appears to be rather recent (60's ?) .
And the question is : on which type of aircraft was it fitted ?
Thanks for your help.

indeed.
"Gauche" is "left"
Thus my question. Could it be from a flamant MD315 ? a Noratlas ? a MS733 ??.. other.. no idea.

Well, it does say "TSO-C43" so I would go with Dakota.

IMHO it is the Thomas Edison Tri-Temperature Indicator for 24V.
The "G" means 'Gauche' - left and the "D" - 'Droite' - right. The "GAUCH." and "PROF." seem to be the abbreviations rather. But Geo can be right.
However it could be used for a small aircraft judging by the temperature range.

So an instrument that might be fitted into a number if different aircraft types of cockpit configurations, most likely a twin engine and as was pointed out left / right oil temperature and fuel temperature maybe at a header tank?

Yes, it looks like. What is more its serial suggests the 1967 year. So it would be a post-war indicator IMHO.
