P-47 Variants

Anyone have a pdf/chart/website or anything about each P-47 variant? i.e D-5-RE, D-6-RE, etc.... All the changes between each model (loadouts, fuel changes, motor changes) Would like it focus on the D series but if possible the C, M, and N.

And if possible how many of each were built.
