Yep and the aircraft the AVG were reporting could not actually exist because the Japanese were backward myopic copycats so therefore could not possibly have a fighter that could down the P-40.

I was actually hoping someone would've wrote something to the effect of: "Obviously the IJN could perform underway refueling" or "then how did they manage to strike Pearl Harbor?" My intended response would've been:

I agree. I already mentioned in another post that those girls (our grandmas' and sometimes great-grandmas' generation) look muuuuuuuuuch better than their counterparts today. But, as always, some of them are truly exceptional!.
