You don't see many T-6's painted in anything but trainer colors. This one, in company with a Curtiss SBC Helldiver, is being used for combat training over Florida by the First Marine Aircraft Wing, obviously either not long before Pearl Harbor or not long after it.

I disagree. I watched a YouTube video that may have been made with the Planes of Fame museum. This airplane is quite roomy and is great for hauling stuff around for air shows. IIRC It's quite popular for that reason.
A win is a win.
