They have not split the hub so do not need to balance it. Even in to the 60s on 23E50 props all the primary balancing was done with lead inside the blade butts and secondary with lead inside the hub bolts.

J7745 was the prototype Handley Page Hinaidi and had been converted from a Hyderabad. It arrived in Lahore in what was then British India in February 1928 for tropical trial AIRH
