Very much so, as the following shows a chunk of Germany and Prussia were given to Poland at the end of WW1. This resulted in a fairly large german speaking population being within the borders of Poland.And now it is more possible. German living in Poland.. sounds OK. But judging of the landscape and quality of the road in the background, also by the fence, still having doubts.
