Sikorsky S-67 Blackhawk.

Definitely not a Cheyenne , one too many rotor blades, among other differences.
I got curious and looked around, Sikorsky designed the S-67 to the same requirements as the Cheyenne, made one prototype.
Stopped development when it crashed, but decided to use the name Blackhawk on a later design.
