I never read to much about the Bounder before, it did have some interesting features I was unaware of, Like it having two 4-wheeled truck MLG and the forward gear's truck rotated at a certain speed during the T/O run to increase the angle of attack ( just the wheels, the rear wheels of the truck would rotate down to lift the nose ) That it had downward firing ejection seats, and that it automatically transferred fuel to adjust the CG when doing transsonic. Actually a more interesting A/C than I always thought, cancled for many of the same reasons as the B-70 but a few years earlier.

I saw the one on static display at Camp Shelby, MS earlier this year, got a pic or two. They're neat a/c, well designed for the job but passed up by tech.
