Color shot of a Northwest 707-320 combi on a MAC charter in Danang Sept 1966. The 707's predated my employment by about 15 years, I never heard that the combi version NWA flew only used the left side of the upper deck for cargo containers, the Right side had 2 seat 1st class passengers. I don't know what configuration was in use for the MAC charters.
