Where can i download plans if possable for the Tamiya focke wulf fw190 A-3.

Next question. Scale 3-view drawings, or colour schemes?
If it's the former, Wojtek's probably your man. Oops, sorry! Herr Professor FW Wojtek, the 'Wurger Wunder'!
I've got some in 1/72nd, but they're old, and slightly inaccurate, and I haven't figured out yet how to get the other ones, in PDF books, isolated and stored, without printing them!! (I lost my copy of 'The Ladybird Guide for dumb PC users.)
If it's colour profile drawings, many of us have got many of them, and I for one can post some for you, just give me a shout if that's what you're after.

OK mate. I'll dig out some colour profiles over the weekend and get them posted. I might have pics of some to go with the profiles too. If I can find scale plans for the A3, I'll do those as well.

Here you go Keith, if the upload works! Been having the odd problem, only on the forum, trying to upload.
The two pics are as follows:-
The side on view is the well-known shot of Arnim Faber's brand new FW190A3, of JG2, taken at Pembry. He landed there in error, mistaking the Bristol Channel for the English Channel. Result - we had our first FW190 to play with!
The second pic accompanies the first profile, and is the A3 of 'Assi' Hahn.
Both profiles have the details underneath. I beleive one of the Hasegawa kits has the markings for Hahn's kite, and either of these should be fairly easy for you to try your hand at, as there is no distinct mottle, just the feint one as shown. Try using the cotton bud technique I described for you, lightly, and you should get an acceptable result.
If you need any help when you start, just ask.

Can't wait for the model to arrive so i can see what it is like ( never had a Tamiya before ) the problem now is colour? all i have are Revell and probably the instructions will before Tamiya paints

Not a problem with the colours Keith. I'm not that familiar with Revell. but there are reference charts to provide the equivalents, and probably Wojtek will have the numbers to hand anyway! The RLM colour numbers will be the same, probably 74/75/76, or maybe a variation with 02, but we'll sort it.

Both Wurgers wore the RLM 74/75/76 camo patterns.So...you need these colours :

RLM74 - FS36118 - Tamiya 7*XF27 + 3*XF19 - Revell 67/78
RLM75 - FS36122/36231 - Tamiya XF54+XF51 - Revell 47/ 9*77+1*05
RLM76 - FS36437 - Tamiya 6*XF23 + 4*XF2 - Revell 5*55+3*05+2*57 or 9*49+1*05 or 8*49+2*05
