I had lunch yesterday with a group of friends in town and Dave Cummins brought one of the models that he had designed and built from scratch. Dave was formerly the chief stylist for Chrysler Corporation and is a graduate of the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA- a man of incredible talent. It is not an airplane but I think you can appreciate his work. Everything is hand-made, even the wire spoke wheels.

Dave's designs are influenced by Italian coach builders such as Pinninfarina, Boano, Scalietti, etc. but they are all his original ideas.
