primer in planes from Luftwaffe

Good evening mates.
Any question, the Luftwaffe used primer before painted?
If use, what the color is and this the color is same for all planes or the color change for different planes.
I need the color primer for heinkel uhu he 219.

Factory paint schemes did not use any primers as the paints used for LW aircraft were designed for use on bare metal. Your He219 would not have had any primer.

Having said that, there are known cases of red primers seen on late LW aircraft that appear to have been mostly field-applied over damaged or patched areas.
