Problem with uploading photos!!!

[ARTESH]

I cannot upload any photo, either directly from my phone or link from websites.

I am not sure if it has to do anything with Forum recdnt updates or as ussual, Internet problems in Iran, maybe even from mobile, no idea tbh.

Is there an error that is show?
Does it try to upload the photo where you see a percentage bar.

Hi Horse, yes I see percentage bar, it stops at 10%. And directs me to the Privacy Policy topic in help section. This happens every single time that i try to upload a photo.
