It is a Right Hand rotation Rotol blade, if the "RA" is authentic and not just added, but the construction appears to be Rotol. I do not know what aircraft it would be from.

What is the overall length of the blade that would give you an approximate diameter of the entire propeller and then that could either confirm if it matches the Wellington propeller diameter?

hi thanks for the quick reply its 136 cm high and I should add I have four of them

The shape suggests it may be a Spitfire blade, possibly a Mk.IX, but don't take that as definite.

hi , oh that's interesting thank you for that would be nice if we could say it's a Spitfire for definite as I say I have 4 blades. many thanks

prop of Spit VII, VIII, IX could be fitted with RA 10046 blades (dia: 10'9")
red disc & JVS : Jablo wood, Venus covering, Sheath simple (or brass)

That's brilliant thanks and corresponds with other advice I have recieved over the last week. thank you ever so much for helping me
