Question on Unit Markings

Minor glitch on that chart: CVL-23 Princeton was sunk 10/44, during the Leyte Gulf battles. IIRC, at the time Princeton's fighter squadron (sorry, don't recall the number, would need to recheck OP-31R for the time) also had a squadron-standard "cat's mouth" marking around the cowling.

Pity, I work in 1/700, and that'd be the easiest airgroup marking to apply...
 
Ted Hansen was not killed in WW2. He lived a long life in San Jose, CA.

William Tuchimma and Herman Chase were KIA while in VF88.
