Hey, I know this post probably doesn't belong here, but I don't know where else to put it. I've been looking for a good flight simulator to buy, apparently Il-2 is a favorite here. Any suggestions?

Are you looking specifically for a WWII flight sim? IL2: Forgotten Battles is a good one, and even better if you get Pacific Fighters to go along with it. It can either be merged with IL2:FB as an add-on or installed and played separately. Apparently Aces High is pretty good, but I've never played it so I couldn't tell you myself.
Some modern flight sims that are pretty good are Lock-On Modern Air Combat and Falcon 4.0 Allied Force.


I'll just move this to the IL-2 Pilot's Lounge, by the way.

I only have Microsoft Flight simulator, but I understand British airways are going to sell of there old Redifusion Boeing 737 pilot training simulator.
I believe they cost $2,000,000 so you may get it for $200 as there secondhand

Pacific Fighters merged with IL2 Forgotten Battles and Aces Expansion Pack it's the better WWII flight sim that you can buy
