42-25945 (HD113) wrecked when bellylanded 8 mi ENE of Chulavarum Nov 2, 1944 following loss of power..
42-26594 (HD213) SOC Apr 11, 1946..
44-19972 (KJ213) Destroyed by fire when stalled on takeoff and crashlanded, Kuala Lumpur Mar 4, 1946..
44-20323 (KJ313) SOC Mar 28, 1946..
44-20753 (KL213) SOC Nov 14, 1946..
44-20902 (KL313) Dec 1944. Damaged when collided with Harvard FX645 (Canadian-built, no USAAF serial) while taxying at Alipore Aug 20, 1945. Not repaired and SOC..
