My P-36 detail set arrived today.
It's designed for the AML kit but I think most parts will fit the Aoshima kit.
With the exception of the engine which will require a bit of surgery on the kit.
I'm glad it came with wheels because the Aoshima kit wheels are subtastic.

Coincidentally I received a message from Squadron this week with the following video:

@ 7:34 they explain that the one model is a 2-seater - I didn't realize this when seeing the combo (box art) for the first time. I was thinking they put 2 kamikaze variants together e.g. A6M2 and A6M5. A 2-seater is a rare bird!

That's why I was compelled to get it. I do have the Hasegawa one. I was lucky to get that for under $30.

Well, I got mine today......2 there of..... Note the A6M5 to my eyes is Nakajima Mid production so doing the couple of Mitsubishi aircraft would not be entirely accurate...but each to his own.....

We here in the great country of the Republic of Texas gots plenty of room fer hiding things! I ain't crazy, trust me!
Donny did that He-111 come with a steep tag man I have been looking for one could myself in the booty for not p/u one and an IPMS show a couple years ago.MY haul comes from Plaza Japan I try to buy what would be expensive kits stateside from Tamyia thus making the shipping worthwhile the Beau kinda killed it a little only $38 stateside.The F14 is $103 and the 38 is $74 stateside I got all four with shipping $214 so it still works.I got the Tamyia P-51's 1/32 for about $80 each with shipping and they retail for 175/190 here a piece.
