Just bought this to go with my F-4J Showtime 100. 1/72 Dragon Ji6 which is a license
built Mig-17F Fresco C. I looked at the Airfix one but it seems to have a lot of issues,
has the wrong engine, an A model without after burner and the wings aren't quite right
plus a lot more $$$ for boo boos I don't want. Dragon's supposedly has decals for Colonel
Toombs famous green camo Mig-17F Fresco C, Cunningham's 5th kill to make him the only
Navy ace of the Vietnam War.

In keeping with my no new kit purchase policy Santa was good to Timmy this year and gave me 2 kits to go with some decals I picked up a while ago to go with my Walrus and Seafox


 
Just arrived - grabbed from e-bay at £9.99.
Got it mainly so that Karl can have the yellow triangle decals, but I guess I'll have to build it in camouflage colours anyway !
Looks like HB have confused their kits decal details on the last profile !

it looks like the last profile (259) is included on the decal sheet. it just they have not included the 3 plan view of the camouflage.
it is the subject in the weekend kit you have sent me so i can scan the instruction sheet for it and send it to you.
