Made possible by the released decals in 1/48 displaying over 12 different units. I did stop at two for the G4M1 1/48 scale. Those things are beasts.

There is a giant used book sale here every year and of course I go to check out what's available; these two were $10. I (and my suffering wife) plan to visit Wright-Patterson later this year. The Mustang book was published in 2022 so should have some new info.

Looking at the pictures and this jumped out at me. Is this the only Me109 photo they could find? I hope more rigor is shown in the rest of the book. I'll let you know after I read it.

It's a Hispano Ha1112 "Buchon", a Spanish-built 109G with a Rolls Royce Merlin engine.
