There are 4 Stirling kits in 1:72 that I know of Don - Airfix B.I/III, Italeri Mk.I, Mk.III, and Mk.IV (I have the first 3), but haven't heard of one in 1:48.

Geo, what stage are you at with the Lanc? I can post photos of my instructions (or send you a set of originals - I have 2 new tool Airfix Dambusters and a B.II).
Mine will become a standard B.I and B.III by the way, and the B.II a Lincoln. All in No.75 (NZ) Sqn. markings. Same with the Stirlings.
 
Thank you Evan. I do have the instructions but under which pile of paperwork. I print out tons of camouflage patterns and its probably in one of these. I also have a bad habit of placing things in boxes that they don't belong to. I once thought I had lost a Ki.43 canopy and six years later, found it in a J2M box
