German aircraft were categorised in a category from 1 to 5 to indicate the maximum allowed load-factor.
However, these were very general in description:
Gruppe 1 – Sehr Niedrig = Very Low
Gruppe 2 – Niedrig = Low
Gruppe 3 – Normal
Gruppe 4 – Hoch (Kunstflug) = High (aerobatics)
Gruppe 5 – Sehr Hoch (Kunstflug) = Very High (aerobatics)
Does any one have any official document concerning this or more specific information about the g-limits of the categories.
I am especially interested in 4 and 5. This in concert with any information about this subject concerning the Bf-109 G (6).
The above number was usually combined with a Letter indicating the Usage category (Verwendungszweck) of the aircraft; in the case of the Bf 109, this was H for Höchstleistung (High Performance).
Any official document on that would be appreciated as well.
Thanks
